Welcome to CrewLogik. CrewLogik is operated by James Warburton, Fort Worth, Texas, USA. You can contact CrewLogik at support@crewlogik.com.

By creating an account, accessing, downloading, installing, or using CrewLogik, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

CrewLogik is a software-as-a-service platform designed for roofing contractors and roofing-related businesses.

• Lead, customer, CRM, photo, document, quote, and estimate management.
• Roof measurements, product selections, price ranges, and customer-facing estimate forms.
• Storm and hail search tools, mapping, geolocation, door knocking, canvassing, and QR-code estimate flows.
• Team management, user permissions, billing status, and related business management tools.

Features may change, be added, modified, or removed at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use the Service. If you use CrewLogik on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep account information current, maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, restrict access to your account, and notify CrewLogik of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

CrewLogik operates as a multi-tenant platform. Each company account owns its own records. Users may only access leads, customers, quotes, measurements, photos, documents, reports, notes, and other company records for which they have been granted authorization.

Attempting to access another company account without authorization is strictly prohibited.

CrewLogik provides roof measurements, estimates, pricing ranges, aerial imagery, storm information, hail information, mapping tools, geolocation tools, and related outputs as informational and planning tools only.

These outputs are estimates only, may contain inaccuracies, are not guaranteed, are not certified reports, are not engineering reports, are not insurance determinations, are not legal advice, are not final project pricing, are not construction specifications, and are not binding contracts.

Users must independently verify roof dimensions, roof condition, material quantities, waste factors, pitch and steepness, code requirements, decking condition, labor requirements, permit requirements, insurance requirements, and final project pricing before relying upon any information generated by the Service.

CrewLogik is a software platform only. CrewLogik does not provide roofing, construction, engineering, insurance, legal, financial, tax, or professional consulting services. Users are solely responsible for obtaining professional advice when necessary.

Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable privacy, marketing, consumer protection, telecommunications, and data protection laws relating to their use of the Service and the information they collect, store, process, or upload.

Users are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, notices, or consents before collecting or uploading customer information, photographs, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, property information, marketing leads, or other personal information.

CrewLogik acts solely as a software platform provider and does not control the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-provided content or communications.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. By uploading content, you grant CrewLogik a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, transmit, back up, and reproduce such content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Service.

This license terminates when the content is deleted, except where retention is required for backups, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

• Do not violate any law, upload malicious code, upload viruses or malware, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not circumvent security measures, reverse engineer the Service, scrape data without permission, or interfere with platform operation.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use, harass or abuse others, send spam, conduct unauthorized marketing, misrepresent your identity, or use the Service for fraudulent activity.

CrewLogik may utilize third-party providers, including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Mapbox, Google Maps or Google Geocoding services where enabled, Resend, Expo, Apple services, and Google services.

CrewLogik does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, accuracy, performance, or actions. Use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Subscription billing is generally handled through Stripe via the CrewLogik website unless otherwise stated. The mobile application may display account and billing status but may not process subscription purchases directly. Additional payment processing terms may apply through Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play.

CrewLogik may offer a Solo plan, Team plan, and additional active user seats. Plan prices, included seats, and extra-seat charges are shown during checkout and in the web billing portal. Active users count toward seat usage; invited, disabled, and removed users do not count as active users.

Users are responsible for paying all applicable fees, providing valid payment methods, and maintaining current billing information. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Plans may include unlimited cloud storage and included access to mapping, geocoding, storm intelligence, weather, aerial imagery, QR attribution, and related platform services for normal roofing contractor and storm restoration business use. Unlimited storage and no-surprise map fees are subject to fair usage, operational safeguards, and these Terms.

Fair usage means use that is consistent with ordinary roofing CRM, estimating, canvassing, quoting, job documentation, and customer management activity for the subscribed company. CrewLogik may monitor storage, map, storm, API, and automation usage to protect platform reliability, security, cost stability, and other customers.

CrewLogik may contact you, limit abusive activity, throttle excessive background activity, require an upgraded or custom plan, or restrict access if usage materially exceeds normal business patterns, creates unreasonable platform cost or load, risks service availability, violates third-party provider terms, or is used for scraping, resale, bulk data extraction, synthetic traffic, non-roofing workloads, or other misuse. Where practical, CrewLogik will provide notice before applying restrictions, but immediate action may be taken for security, legal, payment, provider, or service availability risks.

CrewLogik and all related software, code, designs, logos, branding, interfaces, features, documentation, and content are owned by James Warburton or licensed to CrewLogik. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works without written permission.

CrewLogik may suspend or terminate access for reasons including nonpayment, security concerns, abuse, fraud, excessive platform misuse, violation of these Terms, or legal compliance requirements.

If your account was created through the mobile application, you may request account deletion through the application where available or by emailing support@crewlogik.com. CrewLogik will process deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations, billing records, fraud prevention requirements, security requirements, backup systems, dispute resolution needs, and other legitimate business retention purposes.

Your use of CrewLogik is also governed by the CrewLogik Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewLogik disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.

CrewLogik does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, that data will never be lost, or that estimates or measurements will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewLogik, James Warburton, affiliates, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, lost revenue, indirect damages, incidental damages, special damages, or consequential damages arising from or related to use of the Service.

If liability is found, the maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to CrewLogik during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CrewLogik, James Warburton, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or claims involving customer data uploaded by you.

If you download or use CrewLogik through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between the user and CrewLogik only, and not Apple.
• CrewLogik, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Service and its content.
• The license granted is a non-transferable license to use the application on Apple-branded devices owned or controlled by the user, subject to Apple Usage Rules.
• CrewLogik is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the Service. Apple has no maintenance or support obligations.
• In the event of a warranty failure, the user may notify Apple and Apple may refund any purchase price paid for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no further warranty obligations.
• CrewLogik is responsible for product claims, consumer protection claims, legal compliance claims, privacy claims, and intellectual property claims relating to the app.
• The user represents they are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country and are not on a prohibited or restricted-party list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Terms and may enforce them against the user.

If you access CrewLogik through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and CrewLogik, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service, have no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and your use of the application must comply with applicable App Store and Play Store rules.

CrewLogik may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions before pursuing formal legal action. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.
